Brandon Naylor is the owner and General Contractor of Tower Technologies LLC. He formed Tower Technologies LLC in 2002 to manage subcontractors and tower crews erecting towers, co-locating carriers on towers, structurally reinforcing existing towers and maintaining towers and equipment. In several years the company has grown to employ two full-time internal tower crews, completing a multitude of jobs with impeccable workmanship and the highest industry standards for safety.
CURE Energy Solutions (formerly known as URE – Unlimited Renewable Energies™) was formed in June 2008 to service the Renewable Energy Industry. Since then, Mr. Naylor has completed the required training and is a Certified Solar Photovoltaic Site Assessor through the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA). Mr. Naylor has also earned his NABCEP Entry Level PV Certificate. Required coursework has been completed through the MREA for similar certificates in Solar Thermal and Wind Energy Systems.
Mr. Naylor spent 1-1/2 years with Rhodia, Incorporated as the Instrumentation Technician and Electrician for the Madison, WI facility. He was responsible for calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the plant’s unique control systems. He was also accountable for all the ordering and purchasing of technical equipment and supplies. Mr. Naylor worked two years as an Instrumentation Specialist for Process Controls and Instrumentation, a subsidiary company of MJ Electric. He gained experience installing, calibrating and troubleshooting controls systems in facilities ranging from energy, chemical, paper, and pharmaceutical plants.
Mr. Naylor graduated with honors from Mid-State Technical College, Wisconsin Rapids with an Associate Degree in Instrumentation Technology and an Associate Degree for Electronics Technician. Mr. Naylor is certified as a ComTrain Tower Safety and Rescue Instructor, Crosby Rigging Instructor, OSHA authorized instructor for 30- and 10-hour courses, CPR/First Aid, Anritsu Sitemaster Certified, and Flash Certified. He holds memberships in Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce, NFIB (National Federation of Independent Businesses), MREA (Midwest Renewable Energy Association), NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors) and WiWA (Wisconsin Wireless Association).
Trang Donovan is a co-founder of CURE Energy Solutions. She brings with her over 25 years of cumulative experience in Power and Lighting in the Electrical Trades.
Trang holds certificates in both Advanced Photovoltaic and Wind Energy System Design and Installation through SEI (Solar Energy International) and MREA. She is a NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) Certified PV Installer and a Wisconsin Certified Master Electrician.
